Bacon and Egg Guacamole

Name: Bacon and Egg Guacamole
Ingredients: 3 ripe avocados (pitted and peeled); 1 small red onion (finely diced); ¼ tsp ground cumin; 1 jalapeno pepper or to taste (cored and finely chopped 1 tbsp fresh lime juice); ⅓ cup chopped fresh cilantro; 1 tsp chili powder or to taste; Salt to taste; 3 bacon slices (cooked and crumbled, divided 2 hard boiled eggs, peeled and finely chopped)

This recipe is a blend of our egg guacamole and bacon guacamole shared earlier. Wouldn’t you call this a splurge?

Ingredients

Serves: 4

▢ 3 ripe avocados pitted and peeled
▢ 1 small red onion finely diced
▢ ¼ tsp ground cumin
▢ 1 jalapeno pepper or to taste cored and finely chopped 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
▢ ⅓ cup chopped fresh cilantro
▢ 1 tsp chili powder or to taste
▢ Salt to taste
▢ 3 bacon slices cooked and crumbled, divided 2 hard boiled eggs, peeled and finely chopped

Instructions

Mash avocados in a bowl using a potato masher or fork to your desired consistency.
Add remaining ingredients and fold in well.
Serve guacamole.
