Ingredients: 2 large jalapeño chiles (stemmed, seeded, veins removed, and chopped); 2 small garlic cloves (thinly sliced); 3 ⁄4 cup lightly packed coarsely chopped fresh cilantro; 3 tablespoons fresh orange juice; 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice; 1 ⁄4 cup olive oil; 1 ⁄2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)

Makes about 1 cup

▢ 2 large jalapeño chiles stemmed, seeded, veins removed, and chopped
▢ 2 small garlic cloves thinly sliced
▢ 3 ⁄4 cup lightly packed coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
▢ 3 tablespoons fresh orange juice
▢ 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
▢ 1 ⁄4 cup olive oil
▢ 1 ⁄2 teaspoon salt or to taste

Instructions

In a blender, purée all of the ingredients together until smooth.
Pour into a small bowl.
