Place a large pan on high heat.

Heat the oil in it.

Add the onion, garlic, beef and spices then cook them for 6 min.

Stir in the tomato and pasta sauce, paprika, beef stock, bay leaves, salt and pepper then cook them for 30 min on low heat while stirring often.

Serve your saucy beef warm with some pasta.
