Combine the cauliflower rice, egg, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning and salt in a medium bowl.
Divide the mixture evenly between two pizza pans greased with cooking spray and spread into thin, even crusts.
Place one pizza pan in the air fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes.
Remove the first crust and repeat with the second pizza pan.
To make a finished pizza, add your favourite toppings to the cooked crust and return it to the air fryer at 200°C for approximately 3 minutes.

Serving Suggestions
Use the cauliflower crusts as the base for your favourite Pizza. Add tomato sauce, mozzarella and vegetables for a simple topping, then return the assembled pizza to the Airfryer for approximately 3 minutes at 200°C.
Recipe Notes
Remove as much moisture as possible from homemade cauliflower rice. Excess water can make the crust soft and more difficult to hold together. Spread the mixture evenly in the pizza pans so the crust cooks consistently.
Making Cauliflower Rice
Ready-made cauliflower rice can be used, but it is also easy to prepare at home. Grate cauliflower using a box grater, or blend cauliflower florets with water until they resemble rice. Drain thoroughly and pat dry before using.
Variations
Broccoli rice or a mixture of broccoli and cauliflower rice can be used to create a different Vegetables base. The finished crust can be topped in many different ways, making this a useful Basic recipe.
Storage Advice
Allow cooked crusts to cool completely before refrigerating them in an airtight container. Keep for up to 3 days. Reheat briefly in the air fryer before adding toppings for the best texture.
Wine Advice
A fresh Sauvignon Blanc pairs well with vegetable-based pizza toppings. For pizzas topped with mozzarella, Parmesan and richer ingredients, a Chardonnay is another suitable choice.
