Zesty Crabmeat Panini

- 16 oz. lump crab meat
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- ยผ cup mayonnaise
- 1 zested and juiced lemon
- ยผ cup chopped green onion
- ยผ cup chopped parsley
- ยฝ tsp hot sauce
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 8 slices ciabatta
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your panini press.
- Combine the meat, mayonnaise, pepper, lemon zest, salt, lemon juice, hot sauce, green onion, Worcestershire sauce, and parsley in a bowl.
- Take the bread slices, then brush both sides with butter.
- Place the meat mixture on a single side of 4 bread slices, ensuring it is well spread.
- Cover the ingredients with the remaining slices of bread.
- Grill the sandwiches until they turn golden brown.
